Beta terms of use
These terms apply to the invited beta of Mohar, provided by iisiichaa. By using the app you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
It is a beta
- Mohar is still being built. Features may change, be removed or not work as expected, and the service may be unavailable at times.
- We work hard to keep your records safe and back them up, but please keep your own copy of anything important.
- Access is by invitation. We may end the beta, or your access to it, at any time; we will try to give notice so you can get a copy of your data.
Using Mohar
- You need a Google account to sign in, and you are responsible for keeping it secure.
- Use Mohar for your own personal records. Do not try to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it to attack it, or use it for anything unlawful.
- Your records belong to you. You let us store and process them only to provide the service to you.
Not financial advice
Mohar helps you record and understand your spending. Its summaries are not financial, tax or accounting advice, and you should check figures that matter before relying on them.
Feedback
We welcome feedback and may use it to improve Mohar without any obligation to you.
Warranty and liability
The beta is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, iisiichaa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the beta. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Ending
You can stop using Mohar and delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. We may update them; we will tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect.
